This website has been developed to help support readers of the book "I'm not supposed to feel like this - a Christian self-help approach to depression and anxiety." You can buy the book from our bookshop

The aim is to provide a useful source of support, resources, information and focus for prayer for those using the book. This includes both Christians who are feeling distressed and also those who are supporting them. It will allow readers to feed back their comments on the book, obtain additional resources and we hope that the site will become somewhere to share ideas, hints and tips, and words of encouragement.

Gain access to free resources and advice: sign up now by clicking the No account: create one now in the login box.

It is specifically NOT an online therapy site, but is to help people read the book effectively and to help share their experiences.
